Hot water tap is leaking in the kitchen sink. Have tried changing spindle and washer but is still leaking.

I have a solar hot water system on the roof. No hot water tank it runs purely from the sun and electricity. I believe there is a fault as the booster isn’t generating hot water in the colder months when there’s no sun. If someone’s able to detect the problem and quote me I’d be more than happy!!

Change over hot water system

Low water pressure across the whole house. One bathroom has no hot water, but cold water is working. Another bathroom and kitchen still have hot water.
