Hi, I have a hot water system located outside the house and noticed corrosion and water marks around the pipe connection from the tank. It appears there may be a minor leak from the TPR valve or the copper connection pipe. I would like a plumber or experienced handyman to: • Inspect the hot water system • Check the TPR valve and copper outlet pipe • Repair the connection or replace the TPR valve if required • Ensure there is no leaking after repair The system is easily accessible outside the house. I have attached photos showing the corrosion and leak marks. Location: Magill SA Preferred time: Flexible / anytime this week Please bring necessary tools and parts if replacement is required. The two on-roof panels and the gas booster tank are no longer required. Careful removal would mean that they could be relocated and used. The house is split-level, and the tiles are Hollowstone. The piping does not necessarily need removing but they do need to be cut off. I have several replacement tiles for where the pipes go through the roof. I suggest anyone interested should make a site visit.
