My Gas hot water system does not ignite successfully every time. When I turn on the hot water I can hear the ignition sound from the outdoor every time. But it last for a while then shut off. I need repeated turned on and off for 2-4 times to successfully fire up my hot water system. My hot water systems is Rinnai Infinity 18. I had specialist from gas distributor came and adjusted my gas from 1.3 kPa to 1.6 kPa. After that seems I can fire up my gas hws every 2 times. The solar hot water pipe on my roof is leaking badly (please see attached photos). It looks like the black flexible pipe has burst and water is spraying out near the solar collector.
