Hi I need a qualified plumber to source and replace my Rhem Hot Water and Drip Tray Please. The Hot Water Unit is 160L Rhem electric. Model Number 11116007

I have an Bosch instantanous system disconnected and a new Rheen 26L installed by qualified plumber. Access is easy and will need compliance certificates.

I have a problem with my hot water. It takes 3-5 mins for the hot water to come through, and when it does, it is not very hot. I need someone to check it and possibly fix the thermostatic mixing valve.

The metallic tube under the kitchen sink connecting the hot water wall pipe to the faucet seemmed to burst this evening sending hot water everywhere. I'm urgently look from someone to fix this for a reasonable price. Also, about 6 months ago, the faucet on top, started to pivot left and right froom the base when we turned it, and we were loooking to get it fixed but considered it low priority. However that with the new burst tube (the taped up pipes in the photos) it's pretty urgent as we've turned the hot water off and can only use cold.
