Have several wifi boosters and Sonos speakers registered to a former occupant on a previous nbn account. Hoping someone can get all working on new wifi. May require factory resets as don’t have access to accounts in former occupants name. There are 3 wifi boosters and 4 Sonos speakers and 2 connected to tv which will all need to be linked.

Trouble shoot antenna and poor signal. You will need to access roof but can do so without a ladder via a large study window to a flat section of the roof. The antenna is on a pole at the highest point of the roof. We are unable to get Seven/SBS and occasionally ABC. We only get nine/ten reliably via terrestrial TV. I have recently replaced our old antennae with a new dual band option from Jaycar but this has not fixed the issue. Looking for someone experienced to assess and rectify the issue.
