After a licensed technician to undertake a thorough service and clean of two Mitsubishi Heavy Industry split system air conditioning units (wall and outdoor units).

We live in a strata-type apartment complex. The indicator on my central AC displays a warning that it’s “time to clean filter”. Since the actual unit is on the roof (along with every other apartment’s in our complex) the only section that need to be cleaned is the ducting around our apartment. (Photos attached.) Note: Prefer site visits on Wednesdays and Fridays, anytime from 9am-12 noon.

I have an integrated air conditioning system in my apartment. As the air is pumped directly into the apartment rather than through a unit, there is no way for me to clean any filters.
