We live in a strata-type apartment complex. The indicator on my air conditioner displays a warning that it’s “time to clean filter”. Since the actual unit is on the roof, the only features that need to be cleaned are the AC ducting in our apartment. (Photos attached.) Note: Prefer site visits on Wednesdays and Fridays, anytime from 9am-12 noon.

Our Air Cons (2 Samsung units) are not as strong anymore as they used to be. I don’t think the filters have ever been replaced so I assume they just need a general service. Need someone with experience to fix the problem. - Due date: Flexible
