Or Mitsubishi • Full professional installation by ARC-licensed personnel only. • All materials included (piping, brackets, drainage, electrical connections if needed, etc.). • Standard installation assumptions: single-storey home, indoor unit on internal wall, outdoor unit at ground level or easy access (no high/risky locations), no major electrical upgrades required, room size suitable for 2.5kW (small bedroom/office ~15-20m²). • Testing, commissioning, and startup. • Full warranty on both the product and installation (ideally 5+ years, as per common Hisense offerings).

Install a split system air conditioner (approximately 2.5–3.2kW) in a residential property. The scope of work includes: • Installation of the indoor unit on an internal brick wall near the ceiling • Installation of the outdoor unit on the exterior side of the wall at ground level • Drilling through the brick wall for refrigerant piping, drainage, and control cables • Supply and installation of refrigerant pipework, drain pipe, and communication cables • Running a new dedicated electrical power supply from the main switchboard to the air conditioner • Installation of a compliant isolation switch / circuit protection • Electrical connection, vacuuming, commissioning, and testing to ensure safe and proper operation All work must comply with Australian electrical and building standards, with neat and tidy cable and pipe routing.

2 units inverter central system needs to be serviced in a double storey house.

2 x Mitsubishi split systems have been installed however power needs to be connected. One is in the master bedroom and the other in the front lounge room and the power box is at next to the front door. There is in roof access via a man hole so the cables can run through the roof. I have purchased required materials however just need a double switch for inside the power box. The major installation work has been done so it shouldn’t take too long but I also require the work to be signed off and a certificate provided please.

I have a brivis heating and cooling unit with a Actron air add on for refrigerated cooling. The Actron air unit isn’t cooling but fan works. Need someone in heating and cooling to assist. Thank you

Ability to repair or perform maintenance on air conditioning units (Daikin) Currently the units are not blowing cold air.
