Install a small air conditioner in a ground floor apartment. It’s for a bedroom.

I would like an additional air con unit fitted to the side of my house to cool an upstairs bedroom and would like some advice on how best to do this. My intention is to purchase a small Toshiba 2.5kw unit (similar to one I already have that serves a downstairs room). I would like an EXPERIENCED FITTER to give me some advice on-site. It's likely I will need full installation shortly after. Picture shows location of existing (downstairs) unit.

Scope of Work: • Inspect the unit for any faults or damage • Deep clean internal and external components (filters, coils, vents, etc.) • Check refrigerant levels and top up if needed • Ensure drainage is clear and functioning properly • Test system for full functionality (cooling performance, noise, airflow, etc.)

Fix the Fujitsu air conditioning unit. It has flashing symbols indicating problems when it works but currently does not turn on.
