When the remove battery dead it needs to setup

I have a centralised evaporative cooling/heating unit (Brivis) in my single storey house, but some of the vents in the rooms do not work properly. I’m not sure if the unit needs to be serviced or there are blocks in the duct. It’s around 2 years old and never serviced. I want someone to look into it and fix the issue, so that all the vents work effectively in both heating/ cooling modes. It’s a 4 bed room house.

I am experiencing issues with the cooling systems . The air conditioning works only in the living room and is not functioning in the master bedroom at all. While the system does provide some cooling in the other bedrooms, it is not operating at the optimal level. The Evaporative cooling (BRIVIS) brand is faulty and requires service. The cooling is only restricted to the top floor, but no cool air comes out of the ground floor ducts. This requires urgent fix and at the same time the technician is required to check if the heating system works fine for both ground and top Storeys.
