(These are new heads that are slightly smaller than the heads they replaced, revealing old paint & wallpaper.) Fix and caulk PVC pipe covers. See photos for details. We have plenty of the correct paint (Deluxe Wash & Wear + Aquanamel); painter to provide other products and tools as required (filler, primer, etc.) Feel free to flick through any questions before making an offer.
