Nest 3rd gen thermostat. Have tried power off/on to boiler, restarting, bypassing thermostat (bridging connection). Gas working fine elsewhere in house.

We are placing carpet over the heating unit so we need the unit to be filled in and ensure it is levelled with the rest of the floorboards so that when we put the carpet over the top, it will feel even. The dimensions of the ducted heating is 17 cm width x 37 cm length. There are 3 ducts that need to be filled in. Cut hole in ceiling for round Ducted heating vent and fit existing duct in roof space and connect to vent. Vent was previously there but added skylights and now need to reposition vent. Will need to remove roof tiles and feed duct through roof space to new hole in ceiling Vent supplied
