Repair broken garage roller door chain. I’m enquiring about repairs for a broken link in the chain for “Superlift SDO-1” garage roller door. The south-facing base of the property requires remedial works to stop water ingress behind the tiles. At present, rainwater is tracking into the wall base due to lack of adequate flashing and waterproofing. Works involve installation of new base flashing and application of waterproofing membrane along approximately 20 linear metres of wall. Flashing must be securely fixed beneath the render/cladding and extend over the tiled surface to direct water away from the structure. A compatible waterproofing system is to be applied at the junction to create a continuous barrier against moisture. Existing tiles to be carefully lifted and reinstated where required, with all joints sealed to ensure water-tightness.
