I need a tiler to come and retile the parts taken out around the mixers before the plumber can come back and install. 2 of the ensuites only involves 1 replacement tile and the other one involves 2 replacement tiles.I would prefer it done asap and the tasker must have previous tiling experience. My small gate won’t close properly it needs to be trimmed down on each side so there is a gap and the gates don’t touch. Need to level to one side I trimmed. I need it install so it opens and closes properly. Trimming the gate was challenging as there a screws in the wood holding the gate together so a simple trim with a saw is not possible you have to cut through the screws as well.

Repair and replace roof vent. Looks like the recent storms have blown out the vent at the end of our house and it looks damaged.
