Hi, I’m looking for someone around the Penrith area to help with a few jobs at my property: * Install a rotary clothesline in the backyard (currently soil, so it will need to be concreted in). * Install a standalone mailbox (currently soil, so it will also need to be concreted in). * Install a driveway car stopper/wheel stop on an existing concrete driveway. * Install wooden stair case at the area which have been allocated in the photo. I need to have a chandelier removed and a ceiling fan with light installed in its place (I'm supplying an Eglo Seacliff fan). I also need an outdoor light fixed. If not an easy fix, I would have this and another identical light removed instead.

I basically need to ceiling mount these Gynmastic ring mounting brackets but it needs to be done in a way to support 100kg. Obviously this can’t just be mounted to the gyprock and support this weight. I need someone to work out how to do this and install it. I’m assuming a timber block in the roof. Hi, I need two sections of villaboard replaced in my laundry. Roughly, 500x600 and 600x600. Note; the taps you can see in this picture won't be there when you do the job. Also, Im tiling over the top so you don't need to give it a complete finish - Im just looking to basically repair this area but I wanted villaboard there as the area is located behind the laundry sink.

Looking for an experienced handyman / sealing specialist to complete silicone sealing works in: * Shower cubicle * Kitchen sink splashback area I need a reliable tradie to remove the old silicone and re-seal my shower properly. The shower has small blue/grey floor and lower wall tiles with white patterned tiles above. There is old, discoloured and mouldy silicone/grout around the edges, corners, floor-to-wall joins, and around the shower screen/door frame, including some yellowed sealant visible near the door track. Job scope includes: * Remove old silicone and damaged sealant * Clean areas thoroughly (including mould/mildew where present) * Re-apply silicone * Make it neat, waterproof and tidy * Minor grout touch-ups if required Small job in a standard shower cubicle. Kitchen area details: * New splashback tiles have recently been installed * Silicone required along the top and bottom edges of the splashback tiles around the sink area underneath the windowsill All materials to be supplied by the tasker. We have a door that requires the fly screen to be replaced and an outside tap that is leaking.

Fence panel replaced approx 3.1m and some privacy screens. For the grey section only.The posts are good just the panels are rusted and dont sit in the channels. For the privacy screens. There are 9 panels and just have to unscrew top and slide old lattice out and slide new privacy screen in then screw top back on. I'll get the materials from Dunn and farugia. I just need labour to do. You need to be experienced at doing fences.
