Need a skirting board replaced. And screen door repaired

Hi, I need someone who can finish the installation of a back to wall toilet and a bidet wash.

Need a new simple door installed (door with a lock). Can source materials from Bunnings (10 minutes away from where I live). Prob will need door cut given that the space looks slightly smaller than your regular door I think.

After another wet patch forming on my ceiling I though  I should have a look at the external structure of my building. Thought best to inform you both first but should this also be forwarded onto someone else? These issues will need addressing at some stage before they get any worse.  Firstly the outside area facing Finnegan circuit road, has cracks in the water board. The paint has been faded for a number odd years now but there are cracks forming and in one area a section has come off the weather board. This is all along townhouse 13 and number 12. (See photos)  Secondly noticed a large gap above the bedroom on the top level and running along the outside wall. Looking at townhouse 12 for comparison there is no gap on their side. (Photo of gap attached)  Cracks in the rendering on both townhouse 13 and 12.  (See photo)  Out the back of the townhouse the piping that has the overflow from the top roof sits along the flushing side and should be facing the other way. With huge amounts of water and wind this be potentially one way water is coming in. Number 15 also has their piping facing this way.  The guttering above the main bedroom dips in the middle and should be raised. This dipped area has pooled water in it and then drips onto the roof of the main bedroom. Very annoying drip sounds at night. (Photo attached) The water needs to flow away but can't as the gutter sits lower in the middle of the roof line.  Also there is a large concrete crack in the entrance of the driveway to garage which is getting wider. 1) 2 bathrooms sewerage pipes cleaning,2) Storm water drainage line check and clean blockage 3) cleaning of shower screen glasses , remove scum and make clear. Note: Licensed tasker is required
