I really need wooden cornices cut and installed in a small kitchen ASAP (ideally Tuesday 2 Feb) It’s a 2.3 x 3.0 on a slanted roof as pictured. ALL MATERIALS SUPPLIED AND READY. I also need beading cut and installed to the gyprock joins (7 in total) in the same kitchen.

I need two doors hung: 1. 82x204cm internal 2. 87x204cm internal Including mortised (recessed) hinges and door handle install. Both doors, hinges and handles will be provided Door jamb has been installed for both but door stop will need to be added. I will provide this. Edge of each door will need to be planed about 1mm. I will provide the electric planer. Door frame casing also required for one door (one side only). I will provide this.

Repair exterior house wall where plumber took bricks off to fix water pipe. Needs about 20 bricks but I can buy them beforehand.

Need to renail/ repair small section of balustrades on front deck. They have come loose due to weathering and age. This small section is required to be done immediately, with more repairs to follow to back deck.

Basic carpentry required. Sash window has been painted shut & needs opening. Cat door to be installed in wooden french exterior door. Interior door needs a piece of wood attached to close gap at bottom(does not need to be pretty)😉

- Remove existing 6018mm length of shed gutter, which is secured with rivets at a height of about 2400mm above ground level - Install replacement shed gutter – 2 x 3600mm lengths of 125mm box gutter and one gutter joining bracket are supplied. Happy for you to use metal screws if you prefer it to rivets. - Cut hole for downpipe at same location as the existing gutter - Re-use existing end caps on the new gutter - Silicone the join - I am available to assist by holding the guttering at one end while it is being removed and installed or any other tasks. - I am happy to supply the silicone and rivets/screws if need be. - I've assumed a three hour job at $100 per hour and priced it at $300. Two of my kitchen cabinet doors have broken hinges and need fixing. I have both cabinet doors.

Replace old internal doors x 3 with new ones I have the doors and new handles One door has been done already I also need my kitchen ceiling fixed with replacing trim or plastering after an old Fluro light was removed.
