Just did partitioning of sunroom and will need someone to kindly help with the following: 1. Install Skirtings -> Approximately 15 metres in length -> Ideally will be similar to the one I have already in my house, please see attached photo of example (height 40mm, thickness around 20mm). We have 2 holes in gyprock ceilings that need repairing. The largest hole is about 600mm X 600mm. Also we would like a disused manhole cover removing and gap filled in. Also we have 2 flakey areas of ceiling that need filling and sanding. See pics…

Rain water tank fell on the fence, and it’s been broken.

House rear safety door is not sliding smoothly .It is bit tight , need to fix it properly . Rear Glass door also making noise while closing it . probably rollers may be worn out . m.ake it smooth and easy to slide

We’re on a project to minimize and simplify caring for our home in an effort to make it easier as our age increases and health declines. We seek help with a number of small jobs around the house that we cannot mange ourselves anymore. Whilst no specific trade is needed, we do look for competent help, someone experienced in turning their hand to a variety of home maintenance tasks. We estimate a good half days work should get a few jobs done and if suitable, we will coordinate further to tackle more tasks. We will have any hardware items needed on hand. Some of the tasks we need done include: • Repair sliding track of student desk two drawers • Pressure wash pavers • Clean outside windows • Clean and disinfect our council rubbish bins • Repair small leak in one section of gutter • Clean gutters

Installing 4x new ceiling fans

I want to install a pet screen door entrance and exit . I have a pre existing screen door and a wooden door. Would like to be installed on both ideally incase we want to leave on or the other closed.

My kid accidentally broke the glass window in our living area and it's now unsafe so needs to get this fixed asap. The measurements are in the photo I can also send a video if requested

Upstairs window needs an awning built to block out some sun . I don’t have any materials so hoping a handy man can make one for me . Maybe even an awning on bottom kitchen window too.

KITCHEN MIXER -Remove tiles where sink taps are coming lout of the wall and cap off copper pipework in wall. -FIND 3 new white tiles (200*200) and silicone onto wall to cover. -install new hot and cold pipes drill through to underneath flooring to connect to existing hot and cold pipes under house. -install new isolation valve in kitchen cabinet. -Drill hole in stainless steel sink for new kitchen mixer -Supply and install new kitchen sink mixer. (kitchen sink mixer included in price)

Two Small damage on wall

The track where the doors sit in is lose due to the pop revets breaking off
