Water leaking from under the kitchen sink. Only happens when both sides of sink have been filled with water. I think the sink hole area is not glued or attached properly allowing water to go through the sink area(no leakage thru the pipes).

We need someone to reinstall a company sign. The sign’s poles need to be placed securely in the ground using concrete, and the sign must then be reattached to the poles. Please see the attached images for reference.

Two cupboard doors have come off and need to be put back in. The big door needs three new hinges. The smaller door may or may not need new hinges (two) as judging from the photos the existing ones seem to be in a working condition. Please provide a price for the job. It's in Penrith area. We have one wall that needs wallpaper installation for the baby room. We have some materials for this and the glue packet, but you will still be required to bring some items. The wall size is (W) 2.99m (H) 3.28m - the wallpaper will have excess to ensure it is long enough for the wall, and is via panel strips for installation (the strips are not long in width and are cut into 6-7 stripes and are numbered to recognise order). Picture of the wall now and with wallpaper. I need this done by 31 October 2025 and urgently, please. I will not be able to help as I am heavily pregnant . Please be advised willing to negotiate BUT will not approve offer over $100 on a small wall.

Hey got a “rear” (balcony facing) screen door that’s been shattered, twin panel frame but only the one panel needs replacing, which is the one with the door handle, looking roughly 1.9m x 1.1m Unfortunately 3rd floor apartment, no elevator or balcony/ external access feasible, Looking for a quote but also a miracle, getting a tad flabbergasted with the quotes and timeframes I’m getting back, I want to try and get this done as soon as possible and for about under a grand? Can you help
