Hi, I need a stair wall light properly fixed back into the wall at my house in Leonay (Penrith area). The light has pulled out of the gyprock, and the plaster around it is damaged. The fitting itself still works – it just needs to be secured properly. Scope of work: • Remove light fitting safely • Install proper backing (timber) behind gyprock • Secure the light bracket so it sits flush and solid • Patch damaged gyprock • Sand and paint to match existing wall This is on a stair wall, so it needs to be done properly and securely. We have an issue with the flooring in our gym’s squat area. The vinyl/wood-look planks have become uneven. When lifted, the subfloor underneath appears damaged or has collapsed, creating a soft and unstable section. This is a high-traffic, load-bearing area used for squats and heavy lifting. At this stage, we are seeking a practical, short-term solution to stabilise and level the area so it is safe to use, rather than a full replacement or long-term renovation. I have a flat packed Garden Shed 2.58x3.14M w/Metal Base being delivered Monday, its a typical flat pack steel sheet shed but also has a framed our floor to allow you to board it out with ply if needed.I need the shed assembled in my backyard. The supplier recommends 2 people as it may be awkward for the roof and wall panels, I presume you will need maybe a drill and a screw gun or similar as there will be a lot of self tappers or nuts and bolts, couple of step ladders if possible but I also have a couple which might do. Price negotiable.

I need framing installed on multiple large windows and 1 door so that flyscreens can be properly fitted and installed. The task includes measuring the windows and door, installing appropriate framing, ensuring all frames are secure and level, installing the flyscreens, and cleaning up after the job is completed. Fixing a toilet, Door runner fixed

Water leaking from under the kitchen sink. Only happens when both sides of sink have been filled with water. I think the sink hole area is not glued or attached properly allowing water to go through the sink area(no leakage thru the pipes).

We need someone to reinstall a company sign. The sign’s poles need to be placed securely in the ground using concrete, and the sign must then be reattached to the poles. Please see the attached images for reference.

I need the top timber frame on the interior of the window repaired as it has come loose.
