Im getting my house for sale and have a few niggly things that need a solution. * A few doors ( including a small bathroom bigold.) have soaked up moisture over time hand have expanded at the bottom slightly. * Some skirting needs doing but not extensive and i may even have the original pieces around. Some holes in the gyprock around the place ( only about 5) + some anoying srew holes here and there. I have filer and paint. I need a piece of deck wood cut to replace broken slat on frint deck ( i have the spare wood). May suit a hire a hubby kind words f guy on an hourly rate rather than a carpenter!?

See images to support the works. 1.) Need to tighten all ballustrade wires on the deck. 2.) The ceilings are 3M, we need to carefully remove the light fixtures for the ceiling lights (5) and clean out the bugs, and then put back. The ceiling lights are quite difficult to handle so care is required. 3.) The front door, the lock is missing at the top. The hole the lock goes into is there, so we just need to mount a new sliding lock there that fits. 4.) Need to put 6 x new door stoppers that are longer then the handle to stop the damage happening to the wall, remove any existing ones. 5.) You will see in the photo a tree that is overhanging on to the gutters. Just need to cut the branch (you can go as low as required). Ensure you cut up the pieces and remove them accordingly. 6.) In the kitchen, there are a few doors where the hinges may need adjusting or replacing, and one handle that is part broken needing repair. Finally, we need some clear sealant neatly put across the top of the bench where it meets the wall. 7.) A toilet seat has broken on one side, and needs repair in the granny flat. 8.) We dont need a proper gutter clean, but we just need someone to go up and pluck out the green stuff that has grown and any blocks that are visible - its a one story building. You will need a ladder for the job and various little tools to support. I will also need a formal receipt on your letterhead of the works done (its for a building and pest response). I think this would be a full day job if you have the tools and are familiar with the type of works.
