So the top lid cover for my toilet seat has completely detached itself. I suspect I am missing a part that connects the seat itself. My kitchen sink tap needs fixing. It has gotton loose. Its tricky to gets the hands at the place to fix it because its between the 2 sink bottoms. I an also unsure if this can be fixed or a new tap needs to be installed. The attached pics will give you a fair idea of what is wrong and what needs to be done

Cut out Replace and patch 300mm strip of gyprock approximately 2.5- 3m long. Need 2 base coats done and 1 top coat, sand, ready for paint. Cornice not to be touched. I can supply all materials or you can yourself but make sure mentioned in quote. Need job started around 9am on 6th October.
