1. To clean the guttering system and valley gutters free from all debris whilst checking all the outlets for any blockages. 2. To remove 1 defective lead vent pipe flashing and dispose of. 3. To supply and install 1 new lead free tile vent pipe flashing, fixed and sealed into position. 4. To clean back 105 ridge capping free from all deteriorated bedding and pointing. 5. To patch bed where required, using a sand and cement ratio of 3:1 finished off by applying a colour tinted flexible pointing compound to match existing. 6. To remove 2.5 lineal metres of defective lead apron flashing and dispose of. 7. To supply and install 2.5 lineal metres of new lead free tile flashing going under the capping on to the roof tiles with correct coverage of a minimum of 200mm on to the tiles. (Grey) 8. To supply and install a new custom made backtray on the metal rear roof area where the sheets have been repaired and are holding water. This will cover the dry pan either side of the old penetration, 6.5 lineal metres in total. 9. To clean back all antenna stay penetrations and all a/c piping clips and re-seal all penetrations using a polyurethane sealant. 10. To remove the skylight dome and trims and dispose of. 11. To supply and install a new 600x600 opal skylight dome, complete with new side trims. 12. To remove the entire skylight and flashing kit and dispose of. 13. To supply and install a new 600x600 flashing kit with new skydome. 14. To remove the skylight dome and trims and dispose of. 15. To supply and install a new 600x600 opal skylight dome and trims complete with a custom made flashing to go around all 3 sides of the skylight and going under the second row of tiles behind the skylight. 16. To remove all work related rubbish from site and pressure clean complete roof. 17. Quote to include free site survey. 18. ALL WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WORK HEALTH & SAFETY ACT 2011. 19. 2 YEARS WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY.10 YEARS WARRANTY ON ALL STRUCTURAL WORK.
