Find an experienced handyman in Brendale

There seems to be a small hole (about 5cms from what I can tell) in the ceiling in the hallway. I would like a Plasterer to check the roof cavity to see if there's water leaking in from the roof or if it's something else that just needs to be re-plastered. There's a thin layer covering the hole so you can't actually see the hole from the hallway. But you can feel that the ceiling is damaged and see its warped. The ceiling won't need to be painted after it's plastered. For now, I'd just like the cause of the hole checked & the ceiling repaired. Thanks. The fan in the spare room makes a loud clunking noise when it’s on. Screws don’t seem to be loose and blades are not dirty. Looking for someone to please come and have a look to see what the issue is, and hopefully help fix it. Thank you.
