Looking for an experienced plasterer / gyprock installer to repair and replace sections of walls following damp remediation works. I attempted to remove some of the damp brittle gyprock Property is a Victorian terrace in Surry Hills, and some wall sections at low level have deteriorated and been partially removed. Scope of works needed: • Remove any remaining damaged plaster / gyprock where required in addition to another room that needs replacing • Assess and prepare wall surfaces (some areas down to brick) • Install new plasterboard where appropriate OR rebuild using base coat plaster (open to recommendation) • Patch, set, and finish walls ready for painting • Ensure smooth, flush finish to match existing walls • Reinstatement around skirting boards

Pull down change rooms and patch up gyprock walls

New raked ceiling needs to be sheeted in 13mm gyprock, walls need to be sheeted in 16mm firecheck, and some small sections of sheeting to be done downstairs in aquacheck. Setting and sanding to be done on all gyprock. I will provide materials to be ready on site. I have scaffolding on site.

Need a small box built to cover an exposed pipe. The box will have two 90° corners, a vertical bulkhead to run around, and needs to join the bottom of the bulkhead. Photos of the piping are provided. The other part is a gap in the bulkhead that was an access point needs covering ready for painting. Approx. size for gap in bulkhead: 600–500mm. It’s not the one in the picture. Forgot to get a picture of this. Requirements: • Material: MDF preferred (gyprock may be needed for bulkhead section) • Smooth, paint-ready finish • Screw/fill and sand holes Skills needed: Carpenter / Drywaller with experience in small boxing or feature walls. Happy to pay for materials separately upon receipt.

We need an experienced mirror/glass installer to cut and install 3 large mirrors at our physiotherapy clinic. Each mirror already has the Z-clip attached, but we do not have the wall-mount brackets, so you will need to supply and install the matching brackets. Install a sliding door in place of the existing fixed door. - Remove skirting - Install sliding cavity - No need to paint or sand affected areas - Cost of materials not included in the estimate (will reimburse)

Come into Surry Hills office to provide a quote for painting and installation of gyprock. Jobs need to be completed by 13 March. Handyman chosen will be kept on the books for other jobs that require completion in the future.

Repair small section of gyprock around skylight.

Repair and replace gyprock on outer/front layer only. I want it looking normal again. Had to rip this apart due to a flood. No painting required. Measurement of wall/entire pictured section is 2220x1020. Note that the bottom of the gyprock is missing for most of the length of it.

Searching for a plaster to repair the ceiling with old air conditioning vents, which have different holes. If you can please give ame an estimate price that would be amazing.. need to be someone with experience.

I’ve just had ducted air con installed and need an experienced, qualified and insured Gyprocker for 2 larger ceiling areas, 1 small ceiling area and 1 wall area where old air con unit has been removed. Also outside hole where former pipe came through wall if this can be filled. I think the measurements attached are correct, but will need to come out prior to acceptance Thanks Due by October 29th

I need two water damage patches repaired (one on wall, one of ceiling). Both are approx. 35cm x 20cm. Also one hole in the gyprock filled (approx, 4cm x 4cm damage) and one scrape repaired (approx 10cm long). Finish should be ready to paint. I need a gyprock wall put up between 2 rooms. The wall I need built is roughly 2700 high x 4000 long. It will probably need a simple frame in-between. It may need some insulation between the 2 x sheets. Please quote to install and sand/prep and then paint. I'll need this done in about 1.5 weeks. I've had this wall put up / taken down a number of times. I'll paint etc. You just need to get the roof to be. cleaned up and all closed etc. Price is for labour only.
