I have removed a bathtub and some surrounding tiles and gyprock. Need new gyprock installed in bathroom opposite toilet and vanity, not shower. Dimensions are 180 x 120 thereabouts. Make wall good. Sand uneven areas . Remove nail picture hangers. Fill some holes. Fill areas around some windows with small areas gyprock missing. paint all walls and ceilings.

The previous installer did not secure it properly (insufficient adhesive and poor nailing into framing), so the cornice has come loose and fallen down.
