I am doing some renovations at my little unit (55sqm), I am looking for someone reliable to do various tasks: - Build a wooden frame for two closets (one opening from the bedroom and the other one from the living room) - Gyprock and fibre cement sheets, possibly plastering too - Bathroom hob and shower screen. - Benchtop to accomodate the washing machine and the sink. - Kitchen benchtop (L shape) - Door frames - Might need to relocate some electricity plugs and sockets As there are various things to be done, I believe it's like a 2 week work. Let me know your day rate (or project rate) or you can come to my place to provide a better quote. Ideally to start this asap. Patches of Gyprock for ceiling & front facing along stairs need to be fixed. Walls have been taken out hence the holes.

Must be done safely and to compliance standards (licensed electrician preferred or organise one as part of the job). Build New Wall Frame and insulate wall across opening. Line with GIB (plasterboard) both sides. Finish ready for paint (stopping and sanding included). Requirements: Must have experience in framing, insulation, and GIB installation. Provide own tools and materials (or quote for supply separately). Clean and safe workmanship. Removal and disposal of old structure preferred. Location: Molendinar Timing: Flexible, but sooner is better. Please include: Your experience with similar jobs. Whether you can also handle electrical disconnection. We are seeking a Plaster to supply and install approximately 9–10sqm of new Gyprock false ceiling (approx. 100mm thick) to accommodate a new kitchen configuration. The existing ceiling is concrete with painted stucco. Please refer to attached photos for reference. We will require some bulkhead on two sides of the kitchen.
