Trim vegetation overhanging roofs and gutters to prevent future blockages (if able to do so). Repair heater flue flashing where water entry is visible. Damage to the heater platform is currently minor but needs repair to avoid further deterioration. Refer to roof flashing condition during assessment. Provide recommendations for repairs or adjustments if ponding continues after cleaning or if flashing repair reveals further issues. Requirements: Must be a qualified roof plumber Experience with guttering, downpipes, flashing repairs, and roof drainage issues Provide own tools, safety equipment, and ladder/roof access Ability to identify and advise on potential fall or drainage issues Location : WYndham Vale Date: As soon as possible
