Gate 1 requires welding or new hinge. Gate 2 not closing, needs adjusting, Gate 3, broken hinge needs replacing or repair.

We need a quote for a new wooden front gate with timber pickets but ideally with no gaps between the pickets. The one we currently have has a tongue and grouve set up with the panels of wood. It's very old and always swell in the winter and won't close early. We also need a new lock on the gate. I have put $500 in budget amount on this form because I don't have any point of reference at this point.
