Cut and re weld tailgate hinge

Looking for an experienced handyman to repair a timber rear service gate at our hotel. The gate is located in the hotel car park and provides access to the linen storage room. The timber gate post has broken, causing the gate to fall. We are looking for the most cost-effective repair.
