Removed a baby gate and it’s taken some of the plaster and paint off and pushed window frame out a bit. Needs, filling, sanding, painting before moving out in May.

Need 2 gates on either side of the home.The red line is where the gates need to be. Width is 1.5m and 2.2m approx.

Gate needs to be lifted off hinges and greased. You need to supply the grease to do the job.

I am looking for someone to supply and install keypad locks to 2 side timber gates to provide additional security. I need an expert to advise which type of keypad locks would work and potentially make adjustments to the gate to make it functional.

Electric gate got jammed earlier and now it isn’t responding appropriately. Need someone to assist with resetting the gate so I can at least get it open. Thank you!

(A) Driveway gate - Re-secure (several) loose panels to look straight like the others. Remove loose nails. (B) On the SideGate on the other side of the house - secure the loose panels.

Disassemble and dispose of 3 items: Gate, Blind & Patio sun-screen (1) Remove the unpainted wooden gate that is at the top of the deck stairs. It has plastic straps holding a piece of wood, from which it hinges (see photos). There may also be other screws or fixings. Remove the black strap, plastic straps, unpainted wooden gate, and the unpainted wooden piece that is strapped to the white pole. Also remove the grey gate latch in photo. Remove gate and all rubbish from site. (2) Remove the roller sun-screen and bug-bottle from the side of the patio. Do NOT remove the criss-cross wood/lattice. Remove sun-screen and all rubbish from site. (3) Remove this indoor blind and and its top rail from site. Leave other brackets attached to the wall. We will fit a new blind or curtains later.

But now it does not open/close smoothly and we need to lift it to open and close it. Please recommend how to repair this. Perhaps a new wheel? or another way? What do you recommend? The metal pillar of my front gate is pulling out of the concrete brick of my fence. It possibly needs bigger dynabolts installed to secure it back onto the fence.

Replace rails n palings with 1200 palings - Due date: Flexible

Hi there, I have an area under my front deck that id like to use for storage. It currently has timber palings around the edge (first pic) I’d like a section of these palings to be turned into a gate to allow easy access. I’m think something similar to another gate that’s already there in a different part of the house (2nd pic). - Due date: Flexible

Using existing recycled timber fencing, we require a fence to be installed across our backyard, which is a standard suburban block. We would also like a gate put into it.
