Replace broken timber garden gate with an aluminium gate (I will supply a kit from https://supergates.com.au/product/fenstar-pedestrian-gate-kit-horizontal-nightsky/ or similar). New gate posts will need to be installed but the original ones can remain as they support dog fencing inside the hedge.

Our side gate to the garden has seen better days. The wooden post attached to the brickwork has started to rot, and the gate itself is starting to pull out from it. Post is about 100mm x 75 mm x 1.6m that has a thinner piece of wood attached, that the gates screwed through to the sleeper. Post looks to be secured to the brickwork by 2 long bolts at the top, unsure how secured at the bottom. Hoping to replace the sleeper with some H4 treated pine + the thin bit to keep the gate width and keep the same gate fixtures.

I need 5 curtain cord clasps drilled into a plaster wall at one property then one block away I need one screw drilled into a metal gate to hold a gate latch (old screw snapped off). At same second property I would also like a metal cuff cut off a plastic tube.

Need a merbau 90mm screen slats installed (see photos for approx dimensions and location). 3 sections, 2 are slatted, one with just a metal gate frame (ready made). Wood has swelled and gate latch needs to be forcibly shut. Looking for repair or replacement of latch so that the gate will shut easily and has the ability to be locked as needed. Any parts needed will be purchased by me.

The solar-powered automatic gate is unresponsive to any commands. We have already replaced the battery ourselves, but it still doesn’t work. The brand is Centsys D5. We will only make the payment once it is properly repaired.

Fix colorbond gate hinge and remove a small wooden decking for an entrance to the laundry. The decking was built on concrete steps. Plus removing of rubbish from decking.

The tenants have reported a sewage odor issue in the property. Since they started using the toilets and showers, they have noticed a slight smell of sewage, which appears to be coming from the outdoor terrace drain between the kitchen and the master bedroom. On hot days, the odor becomes significantly worse. It might caused by blocking sewage, might need a electrical eel. Must be a professional plumber.

Gate is hard to close, the current height extender does not match, gate can not be opened from outside and needs a lock. If possible would like to move gate forward slightly

Good morning, I am hoping to have someone install this gate ASAP as I have run out of time. Two wooden posts need to be mounted into brick, and the gate attached to the post. I have the hinges and screws required. Looking for someone to mount it today. Job isn’t too tricky but requires someone with experience.
