Find a professional gate installation in Broadway Nedlands

Electric sliding gate across driveway has stopped working. It starts and then seems to get jammed on something and stops but I can’t see anything blocking the track. Seeking quotes (budget is not $5)

Gate should self-latch when someone foes through it. The bits that should fit are a little out of alignment.

Doors are swollen after painting and this wet week, and not being closed properly

The existing baby gate at my home has been badly installed such that the hinges have come off the walls and does not go back in as the hole was not drilled deep enough and the holes are wide that it slips off easily and not staying in place. This has to be fixed such that you will need a good enough drill to drill past cement, concrete and bricks and have screws and fastener such that the hinges stay in place. The cement and paint has chipped off and will need to be repaved. If work is not fixed properly, payment will not be made, hence only a professional should attempt to contact me.

The gate is not closing unless manually pushed closed due to its poor alignment - the top part of the gate is getting caught preventing it from closing. In the photos, you can see where it is rubbing up tightly along the latch - white scuff marks. The tension is fine as it moves towards closing and the self latch system will work once the gate is pushed in to a closed position. Need repaired as soon as possible. Please reply if you confidently know you can fix it. Thanks

Need to fix. New bolt just won’t work

We have a wooden fence and gate 4 metres long that needs to be moved forward 2 metres

install a sliding gate track over the bricks (no cutting of bricks required).

Current pavers to be removed and replaced by aggregate concrete please.

A piece of old timber on the side gate has broken off and in doing so the latch is also dislodged as the timber is old.

Our very heavy gate has come off the rails. We need at least three, but maybe even four, people to lift it back onto the rail.

The job involves adjusting a self-closing gate that is an entry gate to a swimming pool. The gate is timber and therefore pinches and swells a bit. Needs adjusting to ensure it closes properly and meets regulations

Wooden gate that needs two palings replaced and screwed in- down and across. You will need to provide your own replacement wood planks please and your own tools (saw, screws and drill etc). The camera on the door bell has stopped working. The indoor panel is showing blue screen now when someone press the door bell, instead of the video. The system is wired between the outdoor and indoor unit. The indoor panel also allow us to unlock the gate via a magnetic system. The brand is “Aurine “
