Hi i have a 50cm wide freestanding oven and cooktop that i would like to replace with an electric oven and gas cooktop. Can the gas connection for the cooktop sit under the electric oven? The connection sits on the floor about 15 to 20 cm . If this can be done i can cut the bottom of the cabinet to your requirements and all that would be required is to disconnect the oven and reconnect the gas cooktop. Pricing should include a new gas hose and regulator.

Posting this for my mom, her gas stove top stopped I have taken the old one out and put the new one in place in the bench top. I just need somebody to come out and connect the stove top gas hose to the gas outlet underneath the bench as per what is required by law. All other work is done it just the connect and test for leaks that is required. Mom is on a pension so looking for the best price for her so she can cook again.
