Scope of Work: A comprehensive garden clean-up for an approx. 800 sqm sloping block, including a tiered back lawn with significantly overgrown grass. This is an initial large clean-up with the intention to move into regular ongoing maintenance. Tasks Required: 1. Lawn Mowing & Edging Mow all accessible lawn areas (front, sides, and tiered backyard). Address overgrown grass on all levels of the tiered back garden. Whipper-snip edges, fence lines, retaining walls, garden bed borders, around trees, and along paths/driveway. 2. Shrub & Plant Trimming Trim and shape all shrubs and bushes across the property. Remove dead branches, low-hanging growth, and any foliage encroaching on pathways or neighbouring boundaries. Light pruning of small trees (no major tree lopping required). 3. General Garden Clean-Up Remove fallen leaves, sticks, and general debris. Weed visible garden beds and lawn sections. Tidy retaining wall areas, steps, and sloped sections. 4. Waste Disposal Collect and remove all green waste from the property OR place into green bins as instructed. Property Details: Approx. 800 sqm block, sloping, with multiple terraces in the backyard. Grass is overgrown, especially on rear tiers. Standard side access available. Additional Requirements: Must hold a valid ABN. Must provide receipts for all work completed. Availability for regular ongoing maintenance after the initial full garden clean-up (e.g., fortnightly or monthly depending on growth).
