Have soil that will better retain moisture that needs to go down in garden bed and 4 shrubs re planted in to beds I would do but juggling house full of illness and a sore back and need a hand getting it done

We would like the courtyard weeded and made cat scat free. We also have two small planter boxes and would like a soil top-up and some plants planted there. They would need to be robust to cat poop as one of our three cats likes to poop there. I can have soil and plants delivered ahead of time if you can recommend some. No tools included.
