I am looking for a quote to rectify and finish the garden edging in Forest Hill. We are preparing the area for Sir Walter DNA Certified Buffalo, and I need the foundation to be 100% correct before the turf arrives. I need these trenched and levelled so they create a straight, stable frame for the lawn. Structural Support: Ensure all sleepers are secured with internal stakes and joined with mending plates so they don't tilt or shift under the weight of the new turf. Soil Leveling & Prep: * The yard currently has a rough soil base that needs leveling. I need 3 cubic meters of Sandy Turf Underlay (80/20 mix) supplied, spread, and compacted. The final soil level must be screeded to 15mm below the top of the timber edge to allow the turf to sit flush. Apply Gypsum to the clay sub-base before the underlay goes down. Site Details: Area: Approx 70 m². Access: Side access. Current State: Timber and mulch are on-site, but the sleepers need to be re-seated properly. • Remove turf around the irrigation tap (approx 30×40 cm) • Install metal lawn edging flush with grass • Lay weed mat and river pebbles inside edging • Materials supplied by me. Everything is ready to go. No need to dispose of grass I have a green bin. The red rectangle is where I want the grass removed and edging layed, not all the grass.

We need soil and a shrub removed from a small part of the garden, the space levelled, edging adjusted accordingly and soil to be replaced by more artificial turf. This space is indicated within the red lines on the photo attached. The existing artificial turf also needs to be fixed up along the new fence line, as per pictures.

Wed like to break up the bluestone that has been bonded with some type of cement and also has a cement edging, and reposition the stones back 1 meter. Theres around 12m of edging.
