Hello, I am looking for someone to redesign and restore the large planters on our wrap-around apartment balcony. The scope of work includes: - Design & Selection: Creating a high-impact "WOW factor" design using a combination of resilient, attractive, and complementary plants (varying textures, sizes, and colors). The design should include screening plants along the northern and (possibly) western boundaries too. Note that the balcony receives direct sunlight all day and is subject to high winds, so all proposed plants must tolerate these extreme conditions. - Labor & Execution: Removing current dead plants/weeds, clearing out old material, and replanting. - Materials & Disposal: Supplying all plants, potting mix/soil, bark mulch, and handling full waste removal from the site. Please provide a detailed quote that includes a description of the proposed design, plant selections, and an itemized breakdown of all costs (design, labor, materials etc). I have attached photos showing the balcony's original look (which we liked) as well as its current state. A video walkthrough of all the planters is also available upon request. We have recently moved to Blackburn North and are looking for someone to help us design a practical and attractive layout for our front and backyard. We are looking for a Landscaper/Gardener to assist with our 1-acre property. We have had some trees and hedges removed but unsure where to go from here. The photos are of the backyard but there is work required in the front yard as well. We are after a clean, low maintenance yard, fire pit, and pool area. Step 1 for us is tohave a professional come outand discuss ideas, options, and things to consider (ie drainage and irrigation). We will want to break the project into chunks but with an aim to complete most (in not all) work by the end of the year.
