Moving couch set from ocean grove to Armstrong creek

Hello! I need help to move some furniture from Ocean Grove to Grovedale. Preferably on the 19th Feb but 20th Feb is also fine. Move a couch downstairs and then bring a wooden table top (160 x 80cm - about 35-45kg) upstairs - I dare say you'll need to go over balcony (see images). We have a spiral staircase and won't fit. You did a job here 2 years ago, you may remember, moving a bed base and mattress downstairs.
