Need help moving bed, mattress, other household items.

Removal of furniture from three bedroom townhouse in Greenway to townhouse in Monash. Uplift address has stairs and some of the furniture will need to be moved down the stairs. There are also bookcases, garage shelving units and a large fridge in the basement garage that need to be moved up the stairs or up the driveway ramp. Also heavy oak furniture on the ground floor. Beds, Televisions, washing machine, lounge, dining, all the usual household furniture. All furniture to be moved will be empty. No packing required. The delivery address has no stairs.

I am in an apartment, getting ready to move, so need to empty dog box. Majority has already been removed to a pile on the paved area in back courtyard. Stairs or lift access, no direct access to vehicle from front or carpark. The box is 2.4m x 1.5m and the soil is wet as it got flooded in the last rain storm we had and has not had the opportunity to dry out much. Pile is about 2/3 of the total and about 1/3 left in the box that needs to go as well. Images have been loaded. Is possible to do tomorrow or friday morning as well.
