Need help moving around some sofas/bookshelves etc plus carrying sofa outside. Prefer two people and shouldn’t take more than an hour.

I need some furniture moved from the first floor of my townhouse to the garage (down 1 flight of stairs). Furniture includes a queen bed that would need to be disassembled, a 4 drawer chest of drawers, cupboard, desk, and 2 small bookcases. Requires 2 people.

I have a large tall melamine bookcase and large melamine desk that I need moved from my loungeroom to the garage. Both are heavy - will need 2 people and a trolley. 1 stair at front door then flat to garage.
