There is street parking at each property. I can reserve a spot in front of the pickup address with my car (move upon your arrival). The delivery address has both front street parking and rear lane-way parking. The bed frame (and possibly desk) will likely need partial dismantling and putting back together at delivery address (desk may be able to turn sideways to get through door but not sure). PLEASE NOTE: It is the large items only. You will not be required to move any small items pictured sitting on the surface of the items (or otherwise in frame). Ideally afternoon or evening.
