I have the undercoat and paint

I have tried removing some stain marks ofd my sideboard furniture which has black colour paint. How ever, after I wiped the stains using this stain removal liquid (see attach photo for reference) the area where I rubbed to try and get the stains using this stain removal liquis. Which is just a small area. the damage is circles in red and havw alao added a close up photos i need help to know if this can be fix by just repainting those small area or what is the best solution to get this fix?

I have a desk which I am wanting to restore - basically have it spray painted white (thinking 2-pac). Happy to drop it off to get it spray painted. It’s solid pine and I think has a polyurethane finish already on it.
