You need to undo the washing machine taps at pick up and connect washing machine taps at drop off. The taps at the drop off location are very low. So you will need to get on your stomach or back. Might needs tool to tighten.

Would hire Andrew again. He was on time, great with communication and fast and professional with the job. Not greedy with his prices either. I would recommend to family and friends.
