They are top range Hybrid floorboards with a 6 star rating. Strata bylaw states: “following installation of the floor covering or treatment, provide the Owners Corporation with an acoustic report signed by an acoustic engineer or other appropriately qualified person to demonstrate that this by-law has been complied with”.
