I'm looking to buy some hybrid flooring from theflooringguys and have it installed, the current flooring is mostly tiled so that would need to be removed and disposed of properly with three bedrooms having laminate down that would also need to be removed and then the floors prepared. It's roughly 140m2 with the three bedrooms being laminate flooring and the rest of the property tiles. Single story, empty property. Timeframe of a week.

Loungeroom to have hybrid flooring supplied and and installed. Roughly 24 m2

Install hybrid flooring (floor select) in one bedroom and walk in robe, including fitting skirting board.

The flooring is direct lay harwood probably Merbeu. There are 3 sections as shown. Will need to match colour as closely as possible.

I just need LVT flooring laid in a 3.4m x 3.7m bedroom. I’ve ripped up the carpet and prepped the concrete floor. I have the floor boards. It is click together floating floor not glue down installation. There is a corner desk in the room, but I can help move it and move around. I can also help you lay the flooring if you need. I have the bottom installation sheets too.
