Hybrid Flooring – Need Help Finishing Off Looking for someone to help lay hybrid flooring in a few areas where it had to be removed while we fixed a concrete slab issue (now all sorted). We are ordering more floorboards, just need someone to: - Cut and lay the new boards - Join it neatly to the existing flooring - Make sure it all looks level and blends in well You’ll need your own tools and anything else required for the install. Ideally someone who’s done hybrid floors before and can get a nice clean finish where it meets the existing boards. Flexible on timing but keen to get it done soon. Looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman to reinstall skirting boards and architraves as part of a house renovation. Scope: Skirting boards: 69.2 linear metres Architraves: 93 linear metres Details: These are the original skirtings and architraves that were removed to allow flooring to be installed They have since been sanded and repainted and now need to be reinstalled. There will be some new skirting boards that will need to be cut to size. Some of the architraves will also need to be adjusted to fit some new window dimensions. Profile is full splay (simple and easy to install) All materials are on site Property located in Green Point Good access and ready for installation Please bring your own tools and nail gun.

Supply & lay 23-24m2 laminate flooring in my downstairs lounge area ( not cheap hybrid), laminate must be water resistant. Lift all skirts & reinstall. Existing floor is tile & is flat.
