Hi all, I had a built in wardrobe in a spare bedroom that I removed. There is a gap between the existing carpet and where the wardrobe was around 1m2. Seems to be an old layer of carpet, and underneath that is wooden floorboards. I have an offcut of the new carpet that can be put in this space but don’t have the skill set to do this. Hoping someone can do this for me

Replace the timber sleepers. Like for like. I will purchase the sleepers. Task is to cut to size and replace. Sleepers are 300 X 75mm. Was thinking H4 treated pine Sienna micropro. Happy to do in an hourly rate. I have a drop saw and stands/sawhorse. Any other miscellaneous cost I will cover but you get ie grout, cement etc (if required)

Install 18m2 of coretec herringbone flooring

We are getting new flooring installed and need to remove the existing floor which is vinyl floor boards glued to Masonite boards. When the floors are removed the staples underneath will also need to be either hammered in or scraped so that no one can injure their feet. The kitchen will not be in and the current wall will also have been removed. The area is quite large approximately 77 square metres.

We have a 70 m² area that needs vinyl flooring. We have not purchased the vinyl yet so we are open to purchasing this ourselves and having someone simply do the installation. Please message me with your installation price per square metre. If you happen to have contacts and can purchase vinyl cheaply yourself that may be a good option also.

Carpets are installed on Tuesday 3.11.23 - paint provided - Dulux Lexicon Quater for walls, Ceiling white, undercoat provided - we have drop sheets available and rollers / brushes if needed - will remove blind for you - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 27 October 2022
