I have 3 chipped hybrid floorboards that need replacing, we have the replacement floorboards just not the expertise to remove and install. Happy to negotiate price.

Measure, cut and install skirting boards in one room. Will need to supply own equipment but skirting boards have been purchased. Install of blinds.

A section of the floor has popped up after recent wet weather. I have a pack of spare boards to replace the affected boards. Damaged area is 2720mm X 380mm. The damaged area is the area between the masking tape in the photo. Ideally, would prefer Wednesday or weekend for the job to be done.

Would love someone to remove skirting boards in this small section, glue down these floors (they were loose laid and because this section isn’t level they move), put skirting boards back on.

Installing floor boards about 50-60 sqm

I need my skirting boards sealed to the floor with silicon. I need that done in the entryway, a small corridor, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen area and another bigger corridor upstairs.

We have finished sanding and preparing all timber flooring, and before we can do the final run and apply sealers, we need to secure a couple of floorboards. That are squeaky. The floor is on the top of a concrete slab so plain nails won't work. Need someone who know how to secure them safely with the special screws to the concrete below. Without damaging them. Easy job if you have the equipment and skill. We will do the woodfiller after, only need them secured.

Sand and polish floorboards. I would like a Matt varnish. A little paint on the boards, but overall they are in excellent condition. Living - 40sqm Dining - 9.6sqm Kitchen - 15.7sqm Bed 1 - 10sqm Bed 2 - 7.8 sqm Bed 3 - 14 sqm Total - 98 sqm

Collection of around 4-6 timber hybrid floorboards that have been damaged/scratched. We have replacement floorboards, and just need someone to fit them.
