Scope of Work: • Approx. 15 metres of skirting to be installed • Skirting will be pre-cut to fit each area, but may need to be trimmed slightly for a perfect fit • Current skirting is unpainted and unsealed, being replaced due to the profile • Must remove and dispose of existing skirting • Must be experienced with skirting installation and have your own tools

We have around 7 damaged wooden laminate floorboards that we would like replaced. We have the replacement floorboards. The tasker would need to remove the skirting board without damaging it, disassemble the other boards to get to the damaged boards, replace the boards and reassemble the floor and reattach the skirting board.

Hi, I am looking for someone to inspect the floating floor boards that have been installed in my apartment 10 months ago. There was no scope for levelling off the floors when these floorboards were replaced (replaced due to water damage and covered by insurance). However there is sloping in areas: Requirements - Assess the quality of these installed floating floorboards - Check if the sloping falls within industry standards (if this exists). Any other direction here.
