Find a local floorboard profesional in Sydney

There are glue marks on the floorboards and I need them removed I am unsure about the specific time but it should be on either March 7 or 8

Need floating floor installed to continue through the house, about 16m2. Boards are there.

I would like the yellow tongue floorboards taken up and replaced around the edge of this floor and hallway/landing. Only the boards where you can see the water staining. It's in a smallish bedroom and a smaller area outside of this bedroom. I've posted photos of the two spaces and then a few closeups of the stained areas to be replaced.

Need to fix 2.4cm hole in floor boards due to the wood knot falling through. Unfortunately also not enough room under the house to access the floor from underneath.

Budget is flexible. A timber flooring ‘expert’ came to polish my floors but messed up an entire panel. Looking for quotes to fix it and get the timber flooring guy to pay for it. Only got him to stain it because he said it would make it look better but it still looks horrendous.

I have original hardwood floors. Had them sanded and stained about a year ago and one of the floor boards that cops a lot of foot traffic has cracked/split. When you walk on the floorboard it feels like the support beneath may be compromised - it feels a bit bouncy. There is also a hot water pipe that runs underneath this area and the area can be warm to touch the floorboard. I would like someone to come in lift up the floorboard, fix up the area beneath, patch the floor board and put it back in. The floorboard is about 2.9m long and about 1.8m of it appears to be splitting - the damage varies but it would appear to me that it can be patched.

There are two holes/gaps and some old filler repairs that need to be replaced. There are also some bottom boards which are loose and need to be secured

Replace 2m of damaged floor board in our lounge room (see photos). The floor board is about 2m up to the tape in the photo (damage is only beyond the tape). We ideally do not want to re-finish the whole room as we do not have a place to store our furniture. Looking for a handyman to cut and lay around 10 floorboards in an area below an old kitchen cabinet (fridge will now go above this area). Spare floorboards are supplied.
