I have purchased some vinyl floor boards and was going to lay them myself but I have been injured and havent had a chance. The room is approximatly 7x4m and we have all the products to do the job. There is some small prep work like grinding down a couple of repairs we did to the concrete and then seal the concrete prior to laying but this can be done all in 1 day

- lay hybrid floor planks in bedrooms (remove carpet, move furniture) - add skirting to house

I recently renovated my kitchen and there are some gaps between the engineered hardwood floorboard and the cabinets. I will need someone to lay down additional floorboards. I have some remaining floorboards at home.

We're looking for someone handy and capable to help replace skirting boards in at least three rooms of a residential property. There may be a few additional minor repairs needed as well, depending on what’s found during the job.

Need three small holes repaired on our Marri floor boards

No more gaps between tiles and skirting board. Have all materials required.

Remove 50 square metres and 16 stairs of tongue and groove timber flooring glued to ply from concrete slab. Also remove skirting. Flooring and skirting is spread over two levels. Needs to be cleared to concrete slab to tile on. Don’t need to remove rubbish.

Remove hardwood skirting boards without damaging plaster walls. Skirting boards are being reused so keeping them intact as possible. Jarrah floor boards have already been removed so only floor joists remain. De-nail any remaining nails from joists. Loose-lay plywood approx 50m2 over jarrah joists to provide a working platform. House is 2 bedroom and open living space approx 50m2 of floor area. Person needs own tools and PPE

A couple of small areas/ scratches that need to be repaired (sand and revarnish). Need done asap.
