One board of a hybrid flooring has been damaged and I'm seeking someone who can replace it. I have spare boards. Would like the finish to look like the last picture, with grey silicone. Only someone who has experience installing hybrid floors.

Lay floor boards in my garage

Ripping up carpet for new flooring to be laid on Tuesday morning. So job need done asap. There are two spots of a skirting board that needs to be dug out and replaced. Have paint to match. Updated photos have measurements.

Wanting to put some resin on to cutting boards for Christmas I have all the equipment and have had one lesson some time ago so know the bare basics

Need to put 36 floorboards up in attic. Yellow tongue 3600x800. All materials are supplied and an attic ladder is installed. Attic has been prepared for flooring, but once flooring is in attic, it will need to be cut around trusses.

I need the old skirting boards removed in the hallway and lounge without damaging the walls. Then 34 metres of new skirting boards need to be cut to size and nailed on to replace the old ones. I've attached a rough floor plan of the area.

I need approx 6 damaged laminate floor boards replaced. I have the new boards already but will need to be cut to size and installed.

We have about 50 m² of skirting board that needs to be re-nailed in and siliconed we got our flooring done and need the skirting board to be finished to complete the job. All nails have been removed from skirting board ready to be installed.

This is just for 1 average sized bedroom. Summary of the jobs that need to be done: 1. Disassembly (partial) of bed and moved to another room - I will help with this 2. Removal and disposal of carpet and crap underneath, I can also help with this 3. Sanding and refinishing the floorboards and finding the correct stain and varnish to match the floorboards around the rest of the house. I will of course pay for the varnish and any materials needed for this. I also have random orbital sander if this helps. The part that I really need help with is refinishing the floorboards after the carpet is removed, and making sure the new varnish perfectly matches the other floorboards in the house.
