Looking for someone to come help sand approximatively 4/5 sqm of floorboards to match the finish in our adjacent dining room. As part of kitchen renovations the linoleum floor was removed. The floorboards are in good nick and there are no glue residues (the linoleum was attached to a stapled board, now removed). The picture shows a larger area however we are looking to start this job only once cabinetry has been put in place

I have a 2-in-1 job that I need help with. I have a section of laminate flooring in my living room that has swelled and cracked due to water damage from under the boards. The water appears to be leaking in from the window frame area, however it's difficult to be sure. The window outside appears to have several gaps where water may be entering from. The job would be to first find and patch the leaky area, then make sure it's sealed properly (we've had this issue before). After we're confident the leak is gone, we would need to replace a 1.5m x 1.5m section of the laminate flooring, and replace it with panels that match the existing color as closely as possible (it's fine if it's not exact, but we want it to be as close as possible). We'd want a handyman who has done work like this before so we can be confident that we will fix the problem once and for all.
