Find a local floorboard profesional in Baulkham Hills

My timber laminate floorboards have gaps. I’m seeking someone to clean and fill the gaps using a silicone sealant (I can provide). The rooms affected are kitchen, dining, living and study.

I want a small area (approx 3-4 square metres) varnished to match the existing floorboards and some areas of the flooring need to be fixed as they have cracks in them. It is cruical that these floorboards that need work done are matched to the existing floorboards. Please let me know if this is possible and how much we would be looking at for it?

Need to replace 4 to 5 laminate floorboards as they are damaged. Also need to screw in two sides of cabinet in kitchen to keep it flush.

Reliable Person Needed for Furniture Moving and Flooring Removal I’m looking for a reliable and punctual person to assist with the following tasks: - Assist with moving furniture. - Removing existing laminate floorboards (approx. 60-70 sqm) and placing them in the backyard. - Carefully remove Skirting/Architrave - Removing tiles in the kitchen area (tiles are glued to the timber subfloor and are relatively easy to remove). - Scraping glue from the timber subfloor and sanding if needed (scrapper and sander can be provided). I will pay an hourly rate, and you may also be required on the second day to complete the tasks. Availability: Saturday, 1st February. Sunday, 2nd February. Remove decking boards and pavers out from under a deck

I’m in a rental and need temporary flooring to cover horrible carpet. Approx 100 sqm needed. I need supply and installation and something that won’t break the budget. Apartment 1st floor.

Need to replace a two to three water damage laminate floorboards. I have spare laminate floorboards, just need a handyman to replace them

I am wanting to install floating floorboard in my apartment. Approx 100m squared will need to be install. I will already have the floorboards down in my garage space, along with the underlay. Any tools or supplies needed beyond that you will need to supply. You will need to bring the floorboards upstairs from my garage space (i can try to get some of the up prior to you arriving if i have time ) and install. i was looking at the week of the 8th of April but i am flexible. The existing flooring has already been pulled up and under is just concrete. I have attached floor plans in the images. The dining and living areas, halls and both bedrooms will need to be done.

Looking for a quote for supply and install of hybrid floorboards for our apartment (floorboards not yet purchased). I've attached a photo of the floor plan and another photo outlining where floorboards would be installed. There's carpet there currently that would also need to be removed and disposed. Location is in Baulkham Hills and job can be completed between Oct 26 to Oct 28 (slightly flexible)
